We have established a high-level collaborative innovation research and development center. It has created the 5C solution for smart grid and smart energy construction, developed a series of self controllable, safe, reliable, intelligent and efficient "national key tools" such as C-smart Internet smart cabinets, filled the domestic technology gap, and served the national "dual carbon" goal, domestic substitution, and a new round of large-scale equipment upgrading.
